Role overview
Provide specialist financial modelling and valuation support across transaction and advisory engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop financial models.
- Perform business valuations.
- Analyse financial statements.
- Prepare valuation reports.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Support transaction decisions.
Required qualifications
Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investment or related background.
ACA, ACCA or CFA is an advantage.
Experience
Relevant valuation and financial-modelling experience.
Core competencies
Financial modelling, valuation, Excel, financial analysis and commercial judgement.
Engagement / remuneration
