Role overview
Provide legal, regulatory, risk and compliance support to the firm and its professional-services activities.
Key responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts.
- Support regulatory compliance.
- Identify legal and operational risks.
- Support governance.
- Review commercial agreements.
- Maintain compliance documentation.
- Advise on risk and legal considerations.
- Support internal controls.
Required qualifications
LL.B. and qualification to practise in Nigeria.
Relevant corporate, commercial, regulatory, contracts, compliance or governance experience.
Experience
Relevant professional experience in legal, risk, compliance or corporate advisory practice.
Core competencies
Legal analysis, drafting, regulatory awareness, risk assessment, governance, discretion and professional judgement.
