Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
MBA, ACA, CFA or ACCA highly desirable.
Experience
8+ years in transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, private equity or related field.
Core competencies
Transaction execution, valuation, modelling, due diligence, negotiation, relationship management and executive advisory.
Engagement / remuneration
